Steelbridge Advisory LLC acts as a service provider but does not assume liability for client-side data acquisition practices.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Steelbridge Advisory LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our automation dashboards or communication systems. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sheridan, Wyoming.
